The Exhibitor Services Manual (available online and downloadable as a PDF) contains important information on deadlines, shipping and drayage, rules and regulations, labor, decorating, utilities, registration and travel, and exhibitor marketing -- everything you need to know to ensure you maximize your ROI and have a successful show.


Exhibitor Registration

All staff badge allocations are based on booth size: five (5) passes per 100 sq ft, three (3) passes for tabletops. The system will not allow you to go over this limit, so please manage your internal allocation accordingly.

Please note that this process is to obtain “Exhibitor” passes only, and these are for staff working your booth and needing access to set up during non-show floor hours.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 25, 5:00pm PST.

Exhibitor Marketing Kit

The Exhibitor Marketing Kit is now available! We want to help you maximize your marketing efforts for DesignCon 2012 and see how many new attendees you can encourage to visit your booth at the event! We’re providing you with a variety of marketing tools and resources to maximize your company’s presence before, during and after the show.

Additionally, your company will receive a unique promo code that will give your customers and prospects a discount on paid conference passes. The more you get the word out about your presence at the event the more booth traffic you will generate.


Add Your Company & Products to the Product & Exhibitor Directory

All exhibitors are encouraged to add their company information to the DesignCon 2012 Product & Exhibitor Directory, operated and managed by our partner NGN. This interactive guide allows attendees to connect with you before, during, and after the event. Our exhibitor Content Management Team will help you create your company listing, increase your visibility to visitors, and highlight your products and services through a powerful search engine. All exhibitors get to publish the following information:

  • Company Details
  • Company Profile
  • 3 Product Profiles
  • 5 Industry Categories

Review your existing company profile. To update your company information, contact us via phone at 877-224-9752 or email at content@eventsguide.eetimesgroup.com. The sooner you submit your company information, the more exposure you will get. So, please contact us today!
